Apprenticeship and Technical Training

     *2012 Summer Registration Information*     

 

• Open registration for the 2012 – 2013 Apprenticeship and Technical Training classes will begin on May 7, 2012 and end on August 27, 2012 at 3:30 PM.  All registration takes place at the James H. Groves Adult High School at 1703 School Lane, Wilmington, DE 19808.  Our regular office hours are 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday ( *SEE SUMMER HOURS BELOW).

• 2012 – 2013 Registration Fees:  Tuition – $280.00 + Administrative Fee – $100.00 = $380.00 for most classes.  The registration fee will be higher for some classes and will be noted with those classes on the website and in the 2012-2013 catalogue. 

• All tuition and fees must be paid at the time of registration.  Payment may be in the form of cash, check, or money order.  Checks should be made payable to NCCVTSD.  Registration will not be accepted via telephone. 

• All students will pay the $100.00 non-refundable administrative fee.  State Registered Apprentices must provide a copy of their current signed Apprenticeship Agreement at the time of registration to receive a tuition waiver.

• Returning students who have filled out the white registration card in their 2010-2011 class as a group still need to stop by the AED Office and make payment to complete registration for fall 2012 classes.

• *Summer Hours begin Monday, June 18 and continue until Friday, August 17, 2012.  Summer office hours are 7:30 AM until 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday.   The office are closed on Fridays during summer hours.

•  Normal office hours will resume on Monday, August 20 from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM Monday through Friday.

• Evening Registration will be abailable until 7:oo PM on August 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2012.

• Open registration ends on Monday, August 27 at 3:30 PM.  All First Year Students Must Be Registered By This Date.

• A Late Fee of @120.00 will be added to late registrations beginning on Tuesday, August 28, 2012.

• The office will be closed Friday, August 31 and Monday, September 3 for the Labor Day Weekend.

 

All registration will close at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 10, 2012.  No registration will be accepted after this date.

 

All first year classes begin on Wednesday, September 5 and Thursday, September 6.   Second, third, and forth year classes begin Monday,  September 17 and Thursday, September 20, 2012.
