The 72-Hour Welding Courses provide specialized instruction in various welding techniques, from basic to advanced levels. Each course is designed to develop specific skills and safety knowledge in welding practices, ensuring students are prepared for practical applications in different welding positions and materials.

- Days: Monday and Wednesday
- Time: 6:30 - 9:30 PM

Basic SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
- Focuses on the safe assembly and operation of SMAW equipment.
- Includes instruction on setting up, adjusting, and shutting down welding machines.
- Covers welding applications like running beads, welding lap and butt joints, and welding inside and outside corners in flat and horizontal positions.

Advanced SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding)
- Emphasizes safety and procedures for SMAW techniques in vertical and overhead positions.
- Teaches welding of open V-Groove Joints and introduces basic pipe welding.

Basic MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
- Provides instruction on safely setting up, adjusting, and shutting down GMAW equipment.
- Students learn to establish an arc, make weld beads, and weld basic joints on mild steel.
- Introduction to Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW).

Advanced MIG (Gas Metal Arc Welding)
- Focuses on safe assembly and operation of GMAW equipment.
- Includes welding fillet and groove welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions with flux-cored wire.

Basic TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
- Covers safe assembly and operation of GTAW equipment.
- Instruction on equipment setup, joint design, and welding flat and horizontal butt, corner, lap, and fillet weld joints on steel plates.

Advanced TIG (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding)
- Provides advanced instruction on the safe operation of GTAW equipment.
- Teaches welding of stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum in all positions using all weld joint designs.
